Billing Policy
Appointments are privately billed and must be paid on the day of the appointment. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 4 hours before an appointment or a cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply. Failure to confirm your appointment, may result in the appointment being cancelled and made available to someone else on our waiting list.
